Families can expect to invest:
The Registration Fee is $750 to initiate a nanny search.
-
Full-Time Nanny Placements (30+ hours per week):
A Placement Fee equal to sixteen and a half percent (16.5%) of the nanny’s gross annual compensation.
-
Part-Time Nanny Placements (between 15-30 hours per week):
A flat Placement Fee of $5,000 minimum, or sixteen and a half percent (16.5%) of the nanny’s gross annual compensation, whichever is greater.
For purposes of calculating any percentage-based Placement Fee, the nanny’s gross annual salary shall be calculated using a fifty-two (52) week calendar year, regardless of anticipated vacation, holidays, sick time, or unpaid time off.
Additionally, you can expect a high demand Nanny to seek:
-
A minimum of $30 per hour (rates vary with specifications of role, expectations, and geographical location)
-
Some may also seek benefits: health insurance and/or healthcare stipend, paid time off, sick time, and other standard professional benefits
We specialize in placing experienced, professional nannies. Therefore we ask families working with us to expect to offer $30/hour or higher to successfully secure top-tier candidates.
